Marge Ebeling, RN, DCh, PhD, has dedicated her life to helping those in need. In 1999, she started The WellCare Foundation, a non-profit organization providing free, integrated, primary healthcare to single, working mothers and their children who are not reliant on State assistance and cannot afford the cost of health insurance or to pay out-of-pocket for needed care. Marge uses her education in both nursing and religious studies to provide patients with whole-person care, helping them heal physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. With 5 clinics and over 140 volunteer practitioners, The WellCare Foundation has provided more than $2.8 million in care since its inception.
Throughout her career, Marge has earned many honors, all of which illustrate the enormous impact she has had on the lives around her. Her achievements include being named Fresh Start Womenís Foundation 2010 East Valley Woman of the Year; Arizona Public Health Association Board 2009 Commitment to Underserved People (CUP) Award; service on the Governorís Commission on the Health Status of Women and Families; Women of Achievement World Award from the Phoenix chapter of the Cactus-Pine Girl Scouts; finalist for the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Athena Award; Victoria Lund Community Service Award; KTVK Channel 3 Jewell McFarland Woman of the Year Award; and the Phoenix Business Journal Healthcare Heroes Award. Marge is involved with organizations such as Charter 100, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits, Small Business Association and the American Holistic Nurses Association.

Margeís education includes degrees in nursing and religious studies from Arizona State University, Roman Byzantine College and Sacramento College. She has consulted for a hospice agency, worked as a nurse specialist in critical care, home health, hospice and psychiatric nursing, and was the first nurse in Arizona to open a private practice in integrated healthcare. Marge has taught and presented on integrated medicine, community wellness and health education in both Arizona and California at Glendale Community College, Phoenix College, Nurse Ministries Network, The Mayo Clinic, Arizona State University, National Association of Women Business Owners, Samaritan Health System Hospitals, the AZ Prenatal Conference, American Cancer Society, Phoenix Childrenís Hospital, IHH Hospice, Lutheran Healthcare, NHPA Conference and the University of Arizona, as well as numerous other business and community organizations.
