Kathleen is a business development consultant with over twenty-five years experience, during which she has driven increased revenue working with individuals, law firms, manufacturers, state government, national sales teams, non-profits and various other professional service firms.


She has trained, coached, mentored, and developed strategy with hundreds of lawyers and thousands of sales and marketing professionals world-wide over her career. She has a diverse background that blends high performance techniques acquired in corporate America with a deep and varied understanding of professional services marketing, sales and process improvement. Her experience includes:

  • Twelve years with Snell & Wilmer LLP as Director of Practice Administration, Director of Client Services, and Director of Total Quality Improvement, working with over 400 lawyers.

  • She designed, directed, and implemented the “Institute for Excellence” for the State of Arizona.

  • Kathleen served as the Director of Corporate Education for Sales and Marketing World-wide for Milliken & Company, one of the largest privately held companies in the U.S. with over 22,000 employees located in over 75 countries.

  • She also served as Pursuit of Excellence Director and Director of Quality for award winning companies that have achieved the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Best Places to Work recognition, Best Practices Awards for motivating and retaining employees and for exceeding customer satisfaction, and the Better Business Bureau – “Business Ethics Awards.”

  • She is also featured in the book “Comfortable Chaos” that deals with work/life balance and has written and spoken on dozens of topics including, branding, sales and marketing techniques, networking, customer service, revenue generation, leadership, and process improvement to Fortune 500 companies across the nation.
